Families First Coronavirus Response Act Poster Requirement

During these difficult times, keeping up with the ever-changing legal landscape can be challenging.

Here’s a friendly reminder to employers that the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires all employers covered by the Act to post a notice about the FFCRA for all employees in a conspicuous place on their premises. An FFCRA Poster is available below as the required notice.

If your workforce is currently virtual or remote, you may satisfy this requirement by directly emailing or mailing each employee a copy of the notice. Alternatively, you may also post the notice on an internal or external website location for employee information.
